We do not charge for bookings and we do not charge if you cancel for any reason.
Once your event is booked online or input into the system by us, you will receive a confirmation email.
The week of your event, you will be e-mailed a waiver. You are required to provide this signed and dated document upon set up.
Payment is due upon setup of the inflatable.
Please measure your space before booking your inflatable.
Bouncy Town is not responsible for bouncers not fitting in your space and replacements may not always be available.
